Inspired by Christ

Our school is inspired by Christ to nurture each member of our school community in their journey of faith and learning to become the individuals that God intends them to be.

We aim to achieve this through:

• Caring for the dignity of the human person – understanding that we are made in the image and likeness of God and ensure high quality pastoral care and support for our SEND and vulnerable children
• Standing in solidarity for others – providing a rich and varied curriculum that taches children to stand in unison with others to share their voices and opinions and remember that we are one global community
• Thinking about those who are less fortunate than ourselves – creating opportunities for children to care for others both in our school community, parish and more globally by supporting local, national and international organisations
• Teaching responsibility in caring for creation and the environment – learning through the Evolve Curriculum teaches the children to broaden their understanding of caring for all God's creation and the importance of sustainability
• Understanding the importance of participation – teaching children that they have a voice that can be actively used to campaign against injustice and inequalities

We grow in faith through our Learning and Growing as the People of God and place Christ at the centre of all we do.
