We have a Breakfast Club and after school wrap-around care available to all children attending St Joesph's Primary School and Preschool. 

Places for Breakfast Club and Kidz Care Club can be booked and paid for via School Gateway.

From April 2026 we are offering wrap-around care for our children. We will offer two clubs each day free of charge that will take you up to 4pm (excluding Friday that ends at 4.30pm); between the hours of 4–5pm (4.30pm on a Friday), this will be chargeable at £4.50. Please note that Gardening Club will still incur a charge of £10 for the term, as this is well resourced!

All clubs must be pre-booked. Please ensure that you sign up for these clubs (places unlimited!) at the office or via School Gateway.

Breakfast Club: 07:45am - 08:40am

Kidz Care Club: 4pm - 5pm (Fridays till 4.30pm)

• Prices:

Breakfast Club: £4.50 per session

At Breakfast Club, children will be offered cereal, toast and a variety of fruit. 

Kidz Care Club (Monday to Thursday): 4pm to 5pm - £4.50 per session

Kidz Care Club (Friday): 4pm to 4:30pm  - £4.50 per session

At Kidz Care Club, children will be offered fruit, rice cakes and crackers.

Terms and Conditions

We ask that places be booked at least one week in advance. If sessions are required with less notice, please contact the school office. Please note that we require at least one week's notice to cancel sessions. If you have given less than a week's notice, you will still be charged for the place, including in the event of illness. Charges stand because the money has already been allocated for food and staffing.

A late collection fee of £10 will be charged, in addition to the full session fee, for any children collected after 5pm. This cost is to cover paying two members of staff to stay late and supervise the child. If late collection is persistent, the child's place may be revoked. If the club supervisor is unable to contact anyone to collect the child after approximately 30 minutes, Social Services will be contacted.

Places are subject to the school's behaviour policy and in circumstances of exceptionally poor behaviour, we reserve the right to withdraw a child's place.

Kidz Care Club is part of St Joseph's School and the same policies and procedures apply.
